App Market & Listing
Make the project public, describe it well and see how it's doing.
Public projects appear in the App Market, where any hub manager can add the production agent. Private projects can still be installed with the install link or OAuth.

| GET | /applications/directory | Search public apps (q, category, paging) |
| GET | /applications/categories | Categories in use, with counts |

Getting installed (and staying installed)
- Ask for the fewest capabilities; sensitive ones (administrator, manage roles/hub) scare people off.
- Answer fast: the response rate and average latency are public. Use
deferfor anything slow. - Write descriptions for every command, localize them, and keep the list short.
- Link a privacy policy if you store anything about members.
Listings must follow the platform rules. Trust & Safety can unlist or suspend a project, disable its webhooks or agents, and every action is recorded.
