Start from scratch
One chat channel and one voice room.
Icons or emoji
- Icons: each channel gets an icon from a set of 300+ next to a clean name — the look of the official hub.
- Emoji: the emoji goes in the name, like 👋・welcome or 🎮 Squad 1. Categories get one too.
- Plain: just the names.
Emoji work in any channel, category or role name, whatever style you started with.
What a layout brings
- Categories and channels with a short description, in Spanish or English (it follows your app's language).
- Read-only info channels (welcome, rules, announcements): only the staff posts there.
- A private staff area — chat, mod log and a voice room — hidden from everyone else.
- Roles with colors, icons and ready permissions: Admin and Moderator, plus roles for each kind of hub.
- The hub rules, set in Hub settings and shown in the rules channel.
- Welcome, rules, roles and FAQ posts in Embeds v3, signed with your hub's name and icon, linking your real channels and roles. You can turn them off.
Make it yours
- Change any channel's icon in Channel settings → General → Icon, or rename it with an emoji.
- Give roles any of the 300+ icons, a color or a gradient, and start their permissions from Member, Moderator or Manager.
- Post your own announcements in Embeds v3 from a bot or a webhook, designed in the Embed Studio.
- Share your setup as a blueprint: icons and descriptions come along; messages never do.
Tips from the Voznest hub
- Keep info channels read-only so news doesn't get lost in chat.
- One channel per purpose, each with a description. Use forums for help and suggestions: one post per question.
- Few roles, clearly named, each with an icon. Staff roles on top.
- Short, numbered rules. Turn on the rules gate and onboarding in Hub settings so newcomers read them.
Layouts are a starting point: every channel, role, permission and post can be changed or deleted afterwards.
